In accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you of the following matters regarding the processing of your personal data by Efes Clinic as the data controller.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Efes Clinic (Izmir Karşıyaka), as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Planning and providing hair transplant and aesthetic services
• Carrying out appointment, consultation and treatment processes
• Contacting you and responding to your requests
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Measuring and improving service quality

3. Categories of Personal Data Processed

Identity information (name, surname), contact information (phone, email) and, due to the nature of the service, health information you choose to share (photos, hair/health status) may be processed. Your special category health data is only processed within the scope of your explicit consent.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions and to business partners necessary for the performance of the service, limited only to the purposes above and in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

5. Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through website forms, WhatsApp, phone and similar channels, based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK (explicit consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest).

6. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

• Learning whether your personal data is being processed
• Requesting information about it if it has been processed
• Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
• Requesting correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
• Requesting its deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in the law
• Requesting compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

7. Application

You can submit your KVKK-related requests to info@efeshairclinic.com or by applying in writing to Karşıyaka, İzmir . Your request will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
